Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReviewPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including restaurant operators, group managers, and any other authorized users of the platform.
2. Description of Service
ReviewPilot is an AI-powered reputation management service that automatically generates and publishes responses to Google reviews on behalf of restaurant operators. The service includes brand voice calibration, negative review escalation alerts, and a dashboard for monitoring response activity.
3. Subscription and Billing
ReviewPilot is offered at $150 per month per operational location. Billing is processed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a written agreement.
You authorize ReviewPilot to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate Google Business Profile credentials
- Reviewing AI-generated responses before posting (in Approval Mode)
- Ensuring your use of ReviewPilot complies with Google's terms of service
- Keeping your account credentials confidential
5. AI-Generated Content
ReviewPilot generates responses using AI. While we strive for accuracy and brand alignment, we do not guarantee that every response will be perfect. You retain the ability to enable Approval Mode, which requires human review before any response is posted. ReviewPilot is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content posted to your Google profile.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us at support@tryreviewpilot.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. ReviewPilot reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewPilot's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
