Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

ReviewPilot collects information you provide directly to us when you create an account, connect your Google Business Profile, or communicate with us. This includes your name, email address, restaurant name, and billing information.

We also collect data about your Google reviews automatically when you authorize our system — including review text, star ratings, reviewer names, and timestamps — solely for the purpose of generating and posting AI-crafted responses on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to operate the ReviewPilot service, including:

  • Generating AI responses to your Google reviews
  • Calibrating your brand voice profile
  • Processing subscription payments
  • Sending you operational notifications and reports
  • Improving the accuracy of our AI response engine

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Google API Data

ReviewPilot's use of data obtained from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access your Google Business Profile solely to read reviews and post responses. We do not use this data for any purpose other than providing the ReviewPilot service.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Your Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and never exposed in our application logs.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days. Review response history may be retained in anonymized form for model improvement purposes.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@tryreviewpilot.com. You may also revoke Google API access at any time through your Google Account settings.
